Accounting: controllership, auditing, tax planning, payroll and benefits
Construction: design, project management, maintenance, and cost control

Co-op Development: feasibility studies, development of business plans all done with interested community groups

Human Resources: helps Co-op Boards recruit managers, performance evaluation, training programs Management advisory services: operations and planning assistance

Project Development: assistance is provided for analysis, planning, financing and project administration for new opportunities at the local level as well as expansions

Point-of-sale: develop and implement software and hardware to assist Co-ops with inventory, internal controls and improved financial reporting.

Procurement Services: consolidated buying and transport of merchandise for stores

Member/Public Relations: communications, media relations, advertising and public affairs.
