Arctic Co-ops is governed by Board of Directors elected by Member Co-op delegates at the Annual Meeting. The Arctic region is divided into seven districts, and each district elects one Director to represent its Member Co-ops.
The Board provides strategic direction for Arctic Co-operatives Limited and the Arctic Co-operative Development Fund (ACDF), ensuring strong governance across the Co-op System.
