Arctic Co-operative Development Fund (ACDF) is a financial services Co-operative owned and controlled by Member
Co-operatives across Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and Yukon.

As the financial arm of the Member Co-operative system, ACDF works closely with Arctic Co-operatives Limited, the business
services arm. Both organizations serve the same Members while operating as separate entities.

ACDF provides a strong financial foundation that supports the growth and sustainability of the Arctic Co-operative system. Through ACDF, Member Co-operatives pool their resources to access financial services that would otherwise be unavailable in the North. These services help Co-operatives maintain financial stability, follow sound business practices, support operational growth, pursue new business opportunities, and invest in facilities or equipment. In addition to direct financing, ACDF helps Member
Co-operatives access capital from other financial institutions.
